You have to try several coffees and identify which origins or blends you like best in a cup.
There are things you can take into account, such as the shine. It has to be quite opaque and brown, never black.
Also whether the bean is Arabica or Robusta. Normally, we advise you to have a large proportion of the Arabica variety, as it will point to a higher quality.,
Arabica coffee is of higher quality, usually more balanced, aromatic and pleasant in taste.
Robusta, on the other hand, tends to be cheaper, also because it is more flavorful, although it has a higher caffeine content. This is usually used to make some blends.
It is always advisable to choose a 100% Arabica or a blend that contains a large amount of Arabica to ensure a good quality coffee in terms of both quality and flavour.
Approximately 90 to 120 coffees can be made from a 1 kg packet of coffee.

Because a good quality coffee will make an excellent coffee with 7-8 grams, while a lower quality coffee will need about 12 grams of normal coffee.
