The answer lies in consumption, stable quality and energy savings.
For more than 30 coffees per day, equivalent to about 2kg per week, it is recommended to use coffee beans. But not only if your consumption is below this amount, we recommend using coffee in BLU capsules, a much more efficient solution in electricity and also a very good solution for the quality of the coffees, since you are assured of the quality in each cup.
We recommend capsule coffee for several reasons:
· If your consumption is less than 2kg per day.
· Increased yields
· Machine energy savings
· The same quality in all your coffees, without depending on a specialized barista.
· Greater durability of coffee storage and 0% wastage.
Pay attention to the brightness of the coffee bean, it should not shine and should be opaque in color.
As for the taste, it should not be bitter, but should be a balance between acidity and sweetness.
Choosing a 100% Arabica coffee is the best option in terms of quality, or at least choosing a blend with a high Arabica content.
You should get between 90 and 110 coffees for a packet of one kilo.
If the coffee is of good quality, 7-8 grams will make an excellent quality coffee. If the coffee is not of good quality, you will need about 12 grams for a normal coffee.
